A graduate of the University of Florida Coordinated Undergraduate Program in Dietetics, and Case Western Reserve University Master's Program in Nutrition, Laurie is a registered dietitian with a certificate in Adult Weight Management at Level 2 by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
A Coach U core essentials graduate, Laurie focuses on helping people build strong personal foundations, make positive life changes, and along the way learn healthy diet and exercise choices so they can enjoy a well-balanced life.
Laurie's positive and outgoing personality is highly suited to coaching others to a high-quality lifestyle. Her current client base spans the country from Oregon and Washington on the west coast, to Fort Lauderdale, Philadelphia and New York on the East coast.

She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the Space Coast Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (SCAND): She has served on the editing team of "Weight Management Matters," the quarterly newsletter of the Weight Management Dietetic Practice Group, and was selected as the Coach Specialty Chair of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group from 2011 to 2013. She became a CLT (Certified LEAP Therapist) in 2013.
Laurie enjoys working with individuals and groups who want to incorporate healthy eating into their life, as well as with health professionals who want to improve they methods they use to teach their own clients to practice better nutrition.
